No Result, No Payment Guarantee

clients are only required to make payments if we achieve the results agreed upon
in the service agreement. If we fail to deliver the specified results, no
payment is due from the client.

digital marketing services, including Meta ads, Google ads, and SEO services, as
detailed in the service agreement.

performance metrics and goals will be outlined in the service agreement. Results
will be measured based on the criteria specified in the agreement.

Refund Process
3.1. Initiating a Refund Request: If you believe that the
agreed-upon results have not been achieved, you must notify us in writing within
30 days of the completion of the service period. Please provide detailed
information about the services performed and the results obtained.
3.2.
Review of Refund Request: Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the
performance metrics and results achieved. We may request additional information
or clarification to assess the validity of the refund request.

Approval of Refund: If we determine that the agreed-upon results were not
achieved, we will approve the refund request. Any payments made for the services
in question will be refunded in full within 7 working days.

service agreement, including providing necessary information, access, and
cooperation required for the successful completion of the services.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to achieve the agreed-upon results
due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, acts of war, government regulations, or other events of force
majeure.

Any disputes arising out of or
relating to this Refund Policy or the service agreement shall be resolved
through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration
